Asian Pork Patties

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons wine vinegar 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar 2 tablespoon Durkee® Minced Onion 1-1/2 teaspoons Durkee® Ground Ginger 3/4 teaspoon Durkee® Garlic Powder 1 pound ground pork 1/4 cup water 4 teaspoons corn starch 1/2 cup water |
DIRECTIONS
Combine the soy sauce, wine vinegar, brown sugar, onion, ginger and garlic powder in a small bowl.
Combine 3 tablespoons of the soy sauce mixture with the pork, reserving the remaining liquid. Form pork into patties and broil until done, about 15 minutes.
Pour reserved soy sauce mixture into a saucepan. Add 1/4 cup of water. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with the remaining 1/2 cup water; pour into saucepan and stir over medium-high heat until thickened.
To serve ladle soy sauce over pork patties.
